Return & Refund Policy

At Infinity World (India), we value our customers and aim to provide quality toys and products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns, exchanges, and refunds under the terms below.

Return Eligibility

  • Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, packaging, and invoice intact.
  • Items that are damaged, broken, or defective at the time of delivery are eligible for replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Soft toys
  • Baby care items
  • Stationery, books, puzzles
  • Slime, clay, DIY craft materials
  • Any hygiene-sensitive products
  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional offers
  • Customized or personalized products

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after successful quality inspection.
  • Online prepaid orders: Refund will be made within 5–7 working days back to the same payment source used for the order.
  • COD orders: Customer bank account details are required, and the refund will be credited within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation.
  • Alternatively, refunds can also be done via PayTM (if preferred).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed for size, color, or product defects, subject to stock availability.
  • Only one exchange per order is permitted.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), Infinity World will bear the return shipping cost.
  • For other reasons, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

Important Notes

  • Please record an unboxing video for claims related to damaged or missing items. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
  • Products sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
  • Return/exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
