At Infinity World (India), we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below to understand how and when your order will reach you.
1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all locations across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Shipping & Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Remote or rural areas may require additional delivery time.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are calculated and displayed at checkout and are based on the delivery location and the size/ weight of the package. These charges are non refundable.
- Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable, will be shown during checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS, Whatsapp or email to track your shipment in real time.
6. Delivery Attempts
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address and recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the package, infinity word will not be responsible for reshipment costs or delays. Re-delivery will only be process once the reshipping fees are paid.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
While we work closely with our logistics partners, delays may occasionally occur. Infinity World is not responsible for delays caused by courier services; however, we will assist you in resolving shipment issues.
8. Damaged Outer Packaging Policy
If the outer packaging is damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the parcel or record an unboxing video while opening it. If the product inside is safe, no claim will be applicable. Claims for damaged packaging must be reported within 24 hours with photos/video proof.
9. Address Accuracy / Changes
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details. Infinity World will not be liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information. We can not accommodate address change request after dispatch.
